Lisa Albert has been training in martial arts for 17 years, focused on karate and Brazilian jiu jitsu. A former TCU cheerleader and lifelong dancer and gymnast, Ms. Albert found many similarities between those skills and ones used in martial arts. Starting training through a women’s self-defense class sparked a passion and interest in helping other ladies learn to defend themselves.

Trynity Hoskins, 3rd Degree
Trynity Hoskins began her marital arts training at AAMA 12 years ago. Recently earning her 3rd degree, she credits her dad, Master Joe Hoskins, with inspiring her to be the best martial artist she can be. She enjoys training with her sister Camryn, dad Joe and the rest of her karate family. She will attend the University of Mississippi next fall to become a Forensic Psychiatrist.

Camryn Hoskins, 3rd Degree (junior black belt)
Camryn Hoskins began her training at AAMA 12 years ago as a Little Dragon. She sites her father, Master Joe Hoskins as her inspiration for training and keeping her going in the marital arts. She plans to attend Texas Tech University to become a large animal vet.
