I’ve been training in martial arts since I was a young boy. My dad owned a Kung Fu school and I trained there from the time I was 5 until I was 10 years old. Then I trained in Aikido, earning 1st Dan at 18 years old. I then used those skills to compete in kickboxing for several years from late teens to early 20s. I found AAMA and started training again in karate this time 12 years ago and brought my daughters to train with me.
